Class Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

1. Booking & Payment

All class bookings, drop-ins, and multi-class passes must be paid in advance via our online scheduling portal. Spaces are strictly limited to 12 mats per general class to maintain personal attention and safety.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy:

  • You can reschedule or cancel your class via the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours prior to the class start time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, or non-attendance ("no-shows"), cannot be refunded or transferred.

3. Health, Safety & Scope of Teaching

Cindy is a certified Pilates movement instructor. She is not a medical doctor, clinician, or physiotherapist. Nothing taught in class or published on this website constitutes medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical rehabilitation.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit to participate in exercise. If you have an injury, underlying condition, recent surgery, or are pregnant, please consult your GP or physiotherapist before attending, and let Cindy know before class begins so appropriate modifications can be provided.

4. Pass Expiry

5-Class Passes are valid for 3 months and 10-Class Passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Monthly memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Unused class passes cannot be carried over beyond their validity period.
